About the Internship
Pepkor Lifestyle, part of one of South Africa’s largest retail groups, is offering:
- A 12-month Graduate Internship Programme
- An 18-month TVET Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme
These programmes are designed to provide hands-on experience in retail operations, systems, and brand environments. Interns will gain exposure to the fast-paced retail industry while building critical professional and leadership skills.

Fields of Study
Graduates with a Degree or Diploma in the following fields are invited to apply:
- Marketing Management
- Business Management / Business Administration
- Human Resource Management / Industrial Psychology
- Digital Marketing / Ecommerce
- IT Project Administration / Project Management
- IT Information Systems / Business Information Technology
Graduates from TVET Colleges and HET Institutions may apply for the 18-month practical programme.
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen with a valid SA ID
- Unemployed at the time of application
- Under the age of 32
- Completed Degree, Diploma, or TVET qualification in one of the above fields
- Strong communication, adaptability, initiative, teamwork, and customer service skills
