The bursary is available for students currently studying:
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- BEng in Civil Engineering
- National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- National Diploma in Construction
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled at an accredited institution
- Be studying towards one of the listed qualifications
- Have an interest in building a career in civil construction
- Be residents of:
- Gouda
- Saron
- Tulbagh
- Porterville
- Provide proof of address
Applicants should also demonstrate:
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Leadership potential
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel and work in remote areas when required
Added Advantages
The following will be advantageous:
- Code 08 driver’s licence
- Ability to adapt in challenging environments
- Ability to speak two or more South African official languages
