The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), in partnership with the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport and Services SETA, invites South African unemployed youth to apply for the One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026.

Programme Overview
The One Learner, One Property Practitioner Programme 2026 aims to empower Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs), especially youth and women, by providing access to a structured pathway into the real estate industry.
A total of 200 participants will be selected to complete a 12-month learnership programme, leading to a recognised qualification and professional certification.
Qualification and Certification
Successful learners will be enrolled in:
- Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4)
- Preparation for the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4)
This programme equips participants to become Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs).
Learnership Details
- Duration: 12 Months
- Stipend: R5 500 per month
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Be a Previously Disadvantaged Individual (PDI)
- Youth and women are strongly encouraged to apply
- Must be based in Mpumalanga (verification will be conducted)
