Internship Duration: 12 months

About the Human Resource Internship:
Premier is offering an exciting opportunity for final-year Human Resource Management students to gain in-service work experience. Interns will work across the KwaZulu-Natal region and occasionally support national HR projects, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager.

What the internship covers:

• HR operations administration and systems (Dynamics 365, Graylink)
• Recruitment, onboarding, employee movements, and terminations
• Learning and Development administration and systems (Moodle, Dynamics 365)
• Exposure to key HR functions:
  • Learning and Development
  • Talent and Skills Development
  • Organisational Development
  • Industrial Relations

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate
• Currently studying towards a National Diploma: Human Resource Management (final year)
• Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating required exposure and experience)
• Driver’s license (advantageous)

Experience:

• No prior work experience required
