About the Sales & Operations Graduate Internship
This unique graduate programme allows participants to rotate through two critical business areas at Red Bull:
- 6 months in Off-Premise Key Accounts Sales
- 6 months in Operations (Planning, Procurement & Logistics)
Graduates will gain practical experience, commercial exposure, and strategic insight into how Red Bull drives growth across retail and operations environments.
Rotation 1: Off-Premise Key Account Manager (Sales)
In this entrepreneurial sales role, the graduate will support and execute Red Bull’s retail sales strategy, with a focus on franchise and off-premise key accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing Red Bull’s commercial strategy within the franchise channel
- Identifying and executing new sales opportunities
- Supporting the National Key Account Manager with promotion and profitability analysis (Nielsen, CPM)
- Analysing, planning, and reporting on customer and key account performance
- Managing POS stock, in-store activations, and ROI calculations
- Building strong, strategic customer relationships
- Tracking budget utilisation and optimising ranging and distribution in stores
This rotation suits graduates who are commercially minded, analytical, action-oriented, and customer-focused.
Rotation 2: Operations (Planning, Procurement & Logistics)
The second rotation offers hands-on exposure to Red Bull’s operational backbone, providing insight into how products move efficiently from planning to delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, and distribution
- Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Working with 3PLs and service providers to improve logistics efficiency
- Analysing and reporting on logistics performance metrics
- Supporting tenders, projects, and logistics updates
- Assisting with stock transfer planning and scheduling
- Analysing demand and supply plans, forecasts, and risks
- Supporting continuous improvement of planning processes and tools
- Participating in project planning and strategic discussions
Minimum requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Strong listening and customer engagement skills
- Well-organised, solution-oriented, and open to coaching
