About the Graduate Programme
The RBM Graduate Programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to kick-start their careers in a world-class mining and minerals company. This programme is designed to provide graduates with professional growth, industry exposure, and hands-on experience in innovative projects within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Fields of Study
Graduates who have completed or will complete their studies between 2024 and March 2026 are invited to apply in the following fields:
- Accounting
- Chemical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Extractive Metallurgy Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the RBM Graduate Programme 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Qualifications: Completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree and/or Honours in the relevant discipline (graduating 2024, 2025, or by March 2026).
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Work Experience: No prior work experience required.
- Graduate Programme Status: Must not be currently enrolled in or have previously participated in a graduate programme.
Required Documents
Applicants must submit the following:
- Full academic record (from first year of study)
- Certified copy of South African Identity Document
- Certified copy of a valid South African Driver’s Licence
- Certified copies of all relevant qualifications
