About the Commercial Graduate Programme
This fast-track rotational graduate programme offers broad exposure across Roche’s key commercial and business functions. Successful graduates will gain hands-on experience that prepares them for future leadership roles within the organisation.
The programme blends strategy, science, and business, providing a unique opportunity to understand how innovative medicines reach patients.
What You Will Be Exposed To
During the 24-month programme, graduates will rotate across multiple focus areas, including:
- Commercial Strategy & Brand Management
Execute brand plans, conduct market analysis, and support commercial success across therapeutic areas. - Medical & Scientific Engagement
Learn medical affairs processes, engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and support evidence-based medical strategies. - Regulatory, Safety & Clinical Operations
Gain insight into drug approval processes, safety monitoring, clinical development, and operational excellence. - Business & Financial Acumen
Develop People Leader (P&L) exposure, financial understanding, and contribute to supply chain efficiency.
This holistic exposure equips graduates with a 360-degree view of the pharmaceutical business.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Bachelor’s Degree (minimum NQF Level 7) in a Commercial, Medical, or Science discipline
- Demonstrated leadership experience (academic, extracurricular, or professional)
- Exceptional academic performance
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- A proactive, driven “go-getter” mindset
Advantageous:
- Previous high-impact internship experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
