Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines (NQF Level 6)
• Basic understanding of the radio industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite and SAP)
• Project management, planning and organizing abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing, promotional, and CSI campaigns
• Help coordinate branding at events and outside broadcasts
• Manage the procurement and distribution of promotional materials
• Prepare and manage on-air promotions, digital briefs, and event activations
• Maintain admin functions such as invoice follow-ups, prize logistics, reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Track and review marketing campaign results and provide post-campaign analysis
• Ensure compliance with PFMA, SABC policies, and procurement processes
