About the SABS Youth Development Internship Programme 2026
The SABS Internship Programme is a structured one-year programme designed to:

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R8,000.00 for the duration of the programme.

Duties and Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to:
- Participate in structured training and development initiatives
- Gain practical workplace experience through rotational assignments
- Assist with departmental projects, research and administrative tasks
- Apply academic knowledge in real work settings
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow
- Comply with organisational policies and professional standards
- Submit progress reports and complete required assessments
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must have completed a relevant qualification
- Must have no formal work experience related to the field of study
- Must be currently unemployed
Failure to meet all minimum requirements may result in disqualification.
