Sage, a globally recognised FTSE 100 tech company, is seeking dynamic, customer-oriented graduates for its Intern: Customer Experience programme. This internship offers a rare opportunity to gain real-world experience in customer service while working with cutting-edge technology and seasoned professionals in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephonic engagement with Sage customers
- Update internal customer systems
- Resolve outstanding issues and guide customers on solutions
- Educate users on IVR systems and customer portals
- Report trends and key findings to Customer Experience leads
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the internship, applicants must have:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A degree or national diploma is an added advantage
- Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Excellent telephonic etiquette and communication skills
- A clear criminal record
- Good understanding of Accounting, Payroll & HR environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- A proactive, motivated attitude and desire to grow
