The Santam Graduate Internship Programme will provide you with access to a 24-month programme in order to make a successful transition from university to the world of work. You will be exposed to formal development as well as on- the-job training.
The Programme will provide you with an exciting opportunity to kick-start and accelerate your career path. True to Santam’s commitment to develop and inspire fresh talent, you can expect plenty of support and guidance as you develop your skills in your chosen field.
Duration: 24 months (2 years)
Start date: 1 September 2024
