Qualifications:

Experience:
- No post-qualification experience required.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support:
- Document preparation, meeting scheduling, and maintaining records of customer complaints/queries.
- Provide support in resolving customer service-related queries, particularly with claims activities.
- Customer Experience (CX) Reports:
- Assist in the preparation of CX reports, presentations, and insights from customer data.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and procedures are implemented to address queries.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate both internal and external stakeholder engagements to ensure smooth communication.
- Take minutes for engagements attended by the Customer Care Space (CCS).
