About the SBV Cash Processor Learnership Programme 2026

The Cash Processor Learnership is a 12-month full-time contract designed specifically for persons with disabilities. Learners will be placed at SBV cash centres across South Africa and will rotate between on-site work and online learning.

Successful participants will work in cash processing operations while completing a formal banking qualification registered with SAQA.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • South African citizen
  • Not older than 29 years at the start of the contract
  • Grade 12 (Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy)
  • Must be a person with a disability, supported by valid medical documentation
  • Unemployed and available to commit to a full-time 12-month contract
