The Shoprite Money Market YES Programme is a work-based learning pathway aligned to the national YES initiative. Participants are employed for 12 months and placed in live retail environments where they develop sales, customer service, and financial product awareness skills.
This is more than temporary work—it’s a launchpad into retail, banking, insurance, and sales careers.
