About the Role
As a Graduate, you will support user account administration and basic IT support activities. The role focuses on system access management, resolving login issues, and ensuring compliance with security and access control standards.
This is a strong entry-level opportunity for graduates interested in IT support, systems administration, and enterprise technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage user accounts in line with defined standards and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve login issues after account creation
- Handle errors such as duplicate usernames and access permission issues
- Capture and verify user details accurately
- Maintain documentation and follow system naming conventions
- Support compliance with security and access control requirements
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) – required
- Basic PC literacy skills, including email, systems navigation, and data entry
