South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) Bursaries 2024

South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners (SAIBPP) invites eligible South African students to submit applications for the Bursary Programme for the academic year 2024.

Bursary application closing date is 15 December 2023.

SAIBPP Bursary Programme Details:

  • Qualifying Fields: Degree studies related to commercial property qualifications (e.g., Finance, Property Development, Real Estate, etc.).
  • Purpose: The bursary aims to financially support students pursuing full-time studies in property or related fields.
  • Financials: The bursary covers study-related expenses and accommodation.
  • Criteria for Selection: Financial need and academic potential are the main selection criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the SAIBPP Bursary Programme, applicants must meet these requirements:

  1. South African Citizenship
  2. Matriculation: Currently in Matric (in 2023) or have completed Matric
  3. Full-Time Studies: Enrolled or intending to study full-time towards a degree in the specified fields at specified public institutions
  4. Academic Record: Strong academic performance
  5. Financial Need: Demonstrable financial need
  6. Membership and Engagement: Willingness to become a student member of SAIBPP and engage in community outreach
