Programme Overview
The SARB Graduate Development Programme is a one-year programme designed to develop highly skilled professionals in central banking and financial services.
Successful candidates will join the SARB from February 2027 to January 2028, where they will gain practical experience, attend structured training, and contribute to real projects within various departments.

Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Have completed an Honours degree (NQF Level 8)
- Achieve a minimum average of 65% in final year

- Demonstrate academic excellence and strong communication skills
