About the Role
As a Graduate in the GBS programme, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing and execution of services, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, systems, standards, and the South32 Code of Business Conduct.
- Monitor and capture data regularly for reporting purposes.
- Drive performance improvement initiatives by optimising processes and systems.
- Produce and analyse operational and management reports.
- Manage transactional processing, queries, and resolution as per SLAs.
- Support the timely distribution of work and re-prioritisation when necessary.
- Build strong team relationships and maintain operational discipline.
- Document and update local operating procedures.
About You
To qualify for this opportunity, you must have:
- A Degree, BTech, or National Diploma in Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
