Main Purpose of the Role
- Serve as the frontline customer service representative on casino gaming floors
- Facilitate table games while ensuring excellent customer experience
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Must be 18 – 35 years old
- Must be currently unemployed
- No criminal record
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Willing to work in a smoking environment
Additional Requirements
- Must meet requirements for a gaming license
