About the Tenacity Call Centre Learnership 2026
Tenacity is offering a 13-month Learnership Programme that combines classroom-based learning with practical workplace experience in customer services.
Successful learners will work within the Customer Services team while studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in:
- Micro Finance (NQF Level 4)

Key Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues according to company procedures
- Adhere to company policies and operational standards
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 / Matric
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be unemployed
- Have little or no work experience
- Not currently be studying full-time or part-time
- Not have participated in another learnership within the past 12 months
- Be willing to work shifts and weekends
