Requirements
โ€ข No work experience required
โ€ข Degree in Law (LLB Degree)
โ€ข Good communication skills
โ€ข Time-Management and Organisational skills

Key Perfomance Areas
โ€ข Render legal administrative support to the Dispute Resolution & Regional Ombud
โ€ข Record applicantsโ€™ complaints
โ€ข Conduct telephonic follow-up with the complaints
โ€ข Opening of case files
โ€ข Ensuring that the files are handed-in for assessment
โ€ข Assisting with the maintenance of case files
โ€ข Assist with the gathering of documentary evidence
โ€ข Receive and attend to walk-in-applicants
โ€ข Assist & provide support to Case Management Officers, Conciliators & Adjudicators, and related processes
โ€ข Assessing Disputes
โ€ข Maintain clientsโ€™ records by reviewing case notes and progress
โ€ข Set matters down for Conciliation and Adjudications
โ€ข Database entries
โ€ข File and dispute management
