1. Young Professional-in-Training (Commercial & Planning) – Ref: req3329
Purpose: A 24-month structured programme to provide graduates with practical workplace experience.
Qualifications: Degree / BTech / Diploma in:
- Management Accounting
- Economics
- Marketing
- Financial Management
- Financial Accounting
- Business Management
- Logistics
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
2. Work Integrated Learning (Non-Technical) – Ref: req3328
Purpose: An 18-month programme for students to gain workplace exposure in ICT / Commercial & Planning.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- N6 – Office Administration or N6 – Business Management
Requirements:
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
- Preference for Persons with Disabilities
- Must provide certified copies of Matric, academic record, ID, and TVET experiential learning letter
3. Young Professional-in-Training (Supply Chain) – Ref: req3326
Purpose: A 24-month graduate programme based at Durban Terminals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
4. Young Professional-in-Training (Social Work / Psychology) – Ref: req3325
Purpose: A 24-month graduate programme with workplace mentorship and exposure.
Qualifications:
- Degree / Honours in Social Work or Psychology
Requirements:
- 0–1 year experience
- South African citizen, aged 18–35
