Minimum Requirements
- Completed tertiary qualification in one of the following:
- Business Administration
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Supply Chain / Logistics / Road Transport Management
- Or any related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Passion for contributing to real business impact
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and team-building activities
- Conduct data analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution
- Support business improvement initiatives
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Visit different work sites (if required)
- Uphold the values and brand of Unitrans
- Complete assessments or evaluations as part of the programme
