About the Bosch Group YES Programme
The Bosch Group Youth Employment Service Programme is aimed at helping unemployed South African youth gain practical workplace experience and develop new skills.
Successful participants will be mentored for 12 months and placed in various departments at the Bosch Midrand offices and Brits Manufacturing Plant.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Be fluent in English, including speaking, reading and writing.
- Not have previously participated in the YES Programme.
Advantageous Qualifications
A Degree or Diploma in any of the following fields will be advantageous:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain
- Commercial fields
- Finance
- Sales and Marketing
These qualifications are advantageous rather than listed as compulsory, meaning applicants with Matric who meet the other requirements may still consider applying.
