The complexity and level of technical competency required to produce our products has resulted in an occupationally directed learning programme that provides sufficient knowledge and skills to meet the minimum technical requirements of the various technologies, with a specific focus on Autrotronics and Mechatronics. The 3 year Learnership programme commences annually on the 1st of March and is conducted by the BMW Technical Training Department at accredited external service providers. It offers participants the opportunity to develop skills and gain BMW specific experience as well as formal Artisan qualification on successful completion of the programme.
Applications will be accepted annually during October and only applicants who have Grade 12 (St 10) with both Mathematics and Science results of 50% and higher will be considered.
