Petroleum Agency South Africa invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for its Two-Year Internship Programme 2027 / 2028 in Cape Town.

The programme is funded by the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) and is aimed at unemployed South African graduates who have completed relevant tertiary qualifications and have not previously benefited from an internship programme.

About the Petroleum Agency SA Internship Programme

Petroleum Agency SA is offering ten graduate internship opportunities over a two-year period.

Successful interns will gain practical workplace experience, attend relevant training courses and conferences, and may receive basic computer training in applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

General Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

Be unemployed.
Be South African citizens.
Have completed the relevant qualification at HET level.
Be TVET College graduates with N6 Diploma level where applicable.
Not have previously participated in an internship programme, whether MQA-funded or company-funded.

Preference may be given to candidates from designated groups in line with applicable labour legislation.
