About the DHL YES4Youth Learnership
DHL Supply Chain is offering the YES4Youth Learnership Programme to give unemployed young South Africans practical workplace experience within a supply chain environment.
The programme is aimed at helping participants develop practical skills, industry knowledge and workplace experience while improving their employability.
Successful learners will be placed within operational areas and will be expected to follow company procedures, safety standards and management instructions.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Be between 18 and 29 years old.
- Have a Matric certificate.
- Have English in Matric.
- Have Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy in Matric.
The opportunity is specifically targeted at BBBEE candidates.
Advantageous Requirements
The following will be advantageous:
- Valid Forklift licence.
- Valid PPT licence.
- Valid Reach Truck licence.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities
Successful YES4Youth learners will be expected to:

- Report and record non-conformances relating to customer merchandise.
