Job Description
To work with CNSS and partner institutions in order to provide research support in various collaborative areas of NNR interest.
Requirements
- NQF Level 7 Specialising in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Radiochemistry, Radio-Physics or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Word, Excel, or other available software) and Database
- Statistical analysis (Using Excel or other available software) and Database
- Knowledge of laboratory research techniques and methodologies
Duties and Responsibilities
- Working with multidisciplinary research team focused on supporting prioritization of research projects
- Provide support for variety of research projects, including but not limited to sampling, site characterisation, scoping etc
- Assist in performing literature reviews and drafting reports
- Liaising with researchers at CNSS and partner’s institutions, ensuring that all resources e.g. equipments at institutions are properly maintained in line with NNR processes
- Assisting with writing reports, presentations and publications
- Writing reports, presentations and publications
- Assist with development of processes and support specific projects coordination
