Available programmes include municipal in-service training, a banking operations learnership and a financial-markets graduate learnership.

Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality invites unemployed South African graduates residing within the municipal area to apply for the 2026/2027 In-Service Training Programme.

In-Service Training Application Closing Date: 03 August 2026 at 16:00

In-Service Training Location: Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa

The programme is aimed at applicants with relevant N6 qualifications who require practical workplace experience.

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R3 500 and may participate in the programme for a maximum period of 18 months.

2. Postbank Operations Learnerships 2026

Postbank SOC Ltd invites unemployed South African matriculants based in Bloemfontein and surrounding areas to apply for the 12-month Operations Learnership Programme 2026.

Learnership Application Closing Date: 07 August 2026

Learnership Location: Postbank Bloemfontein Office, Free State, South Africa

The programme is designed to give unemployed matriculants practical workplace experience and formal training within the banking sector.

Applicants must have Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification, basic computer literacy and no more than six months of work experience.

Successful learners must be willing to enrol for the Senior Certificate in Banking and complete the required theoretical classes, workplace activities, assessments and Portfolio of Evidence.
