AFGRI Equipment, a leading agricultural and machinery company, is offering a 3-year apprenticeship programme for individuals who want to qualify as Tractor Mechanics or Earthmoving Mechanics.

About the Training Programme

Probation Period

  • First 6 months is a probation phase
  • Both parties assess long-term suitability

Training Structure

After probation, apprentices will:

  • Attend practical training institutes (if required)
  • Complete distance learning through a college
  • Attend Saturday classes (if applicable)
  • Receive product training from suppliers and AFGRI specialists
  • Participate in internal technical training
