About the Sasol Female Tanker Drivers Learnership
This learnership programme is designed for female candidates with a Code 10 driver’s licence, providing them with:
- Training to obtain a Code 14 driver’s licence.
- Support to attain a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP).
- Dangerous Goods certification.
- Practical, on-site work experience within Sasol’s fuel distribution operations.
The programme combines both:
- Theoretical Training – aligned to an NQF Level 3 Learnership.
- Practical Training – hands-on workplace experience to build professional driving competency.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Code 10 Driver’s Licence (compulsory).
- Code 14 Driver’s Licence (advantageous, but not required).
- 0 years relevant work experience (entry-level learners may apply).
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and successfully complete all learnership assessments.
- Engage in workplace readiness activities.
- Perform required practical driving and operational tasks under supervision.
