National Metrology Institute of South Africa (NMISA) invites unemployed graduates to apply for Internship Programme 2022 / 2023.
Internship Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
Internship Closing Date: 13 April 2022
Minimum Qualifications, knowledge and Experience
โข Three-year tertiary qualification in the field of Supply Chain Management / Logistics
โข Postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
โข Knowledge of all relevant legislation (PFMA, etc.)
โข Competent in MS Office Software package
โข Analysing, quality and detailed orientation
โข Good communication skills and report writing skills
Duties and Responsibilities
โข Make copies and scan tender document
โข Filling of SCM document
โข Prepare and arrange meetings
โข Capture data on the system and update the file accordingly
โข Upload tender document into the system (Website)
โข Perform any other assigned job with regard to Supply Chain Management
โข Update and follow up expired documents such as Tax Clearance and BBBEEPage 2 of 2
certificates and SBD forms with suppliers
โข Perform the help desk function
โข Follow-up on supplierโs invoices, statements, orders etc.
โข Document management and proper filling of SCM documents
โข Coordinate the supplier payment process by registering, processing and forwarding
invoices from suppliers to Finance Officer for payment
โข Receive delivered goods and verify
