- Drive participation in weekly skills audit tests to enhance knowledge and foster the right behaviors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve requests at the first point of contact.
- Lead a team to achieve quarterly performance targets.
- Conduct assessments and coaching sessions to ensure continuous learning.
- Achieve set productivity targets and maintain adherence to scheduled tasks.
- Minimize outbound transfer calls and maximize efficiency within the team.
Eligibility Requirements
- Education: Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Education, Training, and Development (Required).
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning.
