About the Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme
The Tiger Brands Future Leaders Development Programme, also known as FLDP, is a structured graduate development programme aimed at graduates who show potential to grow into future leadership roles within the organisation.
Participants are placed in different business disciplines and go through a combined learning and workplace development programme designed to prepare them for key roles within Tiger Brands.
Who Should Apply?
Tiger Brands is looking for graduates who:
- Want to build a career with a leading FMCG company.
- Have a good academic record.
- Studied at an accredited institution.
- Have recently completed a relevant three-year or four-year tertiary qualification.
- Meet the qualification requirements of the graduate stream they are applying for.
Available Graduate Opportunities
The following graduate internship opportunities are available.
Research and Development Graduate / Intern
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
- National Diploma in Food Science or related field.
- BSc in Food Science.
- BTech in Food Technology.
- Biochemistry qualification.
- Chemistry qualification.
Finance CA(SA) Stream – TOPP Programme
This programme follows a 36-month development journey.
Applicants must have completed:
- SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory of Accounting, also known as CTA; or
- Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting, also known as PGDA.
Engineering Graduate / Intern
Applicants must have a BSc or BEng Degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering.
- Chemical Engineering.
- Industrial Engineering.
- Electrical Engineering.
Business Intelligence Analyst / Data Analyst Graduate Intern
Applicants must have one of the following:
- BSc Computer Science.
- BSc Statistics.
People / Human Resources Graduate Intern
Applicants must have a BCom Degree in:
- Human Resources.
- Industrial Psychology.
Bakeries Manufacturing Graduate Intern
Applicants must have:
- BSc Food Technology; or
- BSc Food Science.
Customer and Customer Marketing Graduate Intern
Applicants must have one of the following:
- BCom Sales and Marketing.
- Bachelor of Administration.
- BCom Marketing.
Marketing Graduate Intern
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Marketing.
Agriculture Graduate Intern
Applicants must have:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.
Relevant specialisation should include:
- Plant Production; or
- Crop Production.
Instrumentation Graduate Intern
Applicants must have a BEng qualification in:
- Instrumentation.
- Automation and Control Systems.
- Mechatronics.
Procurement Graduate Intern
Applicants must have:
- Degree in Procurement; or
- Relevant CIPS qualification.
