About the Programme
Capitec’s Future Leaders Programme is designed to grow future leaders by providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure in the bank’s dynamic environment.
Programme Offerings:
- Structured training tailored to your development

- Rotational work placements in key business units
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
- Grade 12 National Certificate or NC(V)
- A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Actuarial Science
- Computer Science / Information Systems / Information Technology
- Digital Marketing
- Economics
- Finance
- Mathematics / Statistics
- Quantitative Management
Additional Criteria:
- Degree completed within the last 3 years (no later than 15 January 2026)
- Less than 2 years’ working experience
- Minimum academic average: 60%
- Must be a South African citizen with a 13-digit SA ID
- Clear criminal and credit record
- Willing to be based in Stellenbosch or Sandton
