About the Nkangala District Municipality Graduate Internship Programme 2025
The Nkangala District Municipality is offering 50 internship opportunities through its Graduate Internship Programme under the Department of Community Development Services. This initiative aims to equip unemployed graduates with structured workplace experience to enhance their employability and help build a pipeline of skilled professionals in construction, infrastructure, environmental services, and emerging industries such as renewable energy.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be South African citizens residing within Nkangala District
- Be between 18 and 35 years of age
- Hold an NQF Level 4–8 qualification in one of the listed fields
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be participating in any other internship or learnership
Preference Will Be Given To:
- Women
- Youth from previously disadvantaged backgrounds
- Persons with disabilities
- Graduates with limited or no work experience
