Internship Overview

Available Opportunity:

  • Boarding Assistant & Academic Internship (High School Phase)

Contract Duration: 1 year

This internship offers candidates the chance to:

  • Develop as future teachers in a professional, supportive environment.
  • Gain exposure to both academic and boarding school life.
  • Receive mentoring and coaching to build teaching skills and competencies.

Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be enrolled in 2026 for a PGCE.
  • Have strong values aligned with the Christian ethos of the school.
  • Be flexible and willing to assist in various aspects of teaching.
  • Commit to two extra-mural activities per week.
  • Be open to mentorship and coaching.
  • Demonstrate competency in IT-integrated teaching and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Be able to work in an inclusive environment.
  • Be willing to work and live in the Boarding Establishment.
