Graduate Development Programme Posts and Requirements
Post 1: Graduate Development Programme – SHEQ (x2)
Minimum Requirements:
- B.Tech in Health & Safety Management
- SAMTRAC/Equivalent
- Root Cause Analysis Technique (RCAT)
- Valid Driver’s licence
Post 2: Graduate Development Programme – Process Technology (x3)
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters or PhD in Chemistry, Water Engineering, Material Science, Product Formulation or Chemical Engineering
- Studied at a recognised South African institution
- Must not have participated in any graduate programme before
- Must be below the age of 35
- South African Citizen with valid ID
- No work experience related to qualification
- No criminal record

Minimum Requirements:
- Four years qualification (NQF 8) in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in research projects and techniques
Post 4: Graduate Development Programme – Chemistry (x2)
Minimum Requirements:
- Four years qualification (NQF 8) in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in research projects and techniques
Post 5: Graduate Development Programme – Biology (x2)
Minimum Requirements:
- Four years qualification (NQF 8) in Environmental Health, Aquatic Health, or Microbiology
- Majors: Biochemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, and/or Molecular Biology
- Experience in research projects and techniques applicable to Microbiology, Toxicology, Aquatic Health, or Molecular Biology
