Sasol invites suitably qualified South African youth to apply for the Learner Fire Fighter Learnership Programme 2025. There are 14 positions available: 6 in Secunda and 8 in Sasolburg.

About the Sasol Learner Fire Fighter Programme
This learnership provides an opportunity for learners to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical on-the-job training in Fire Fighting. Successful candidates will participate in a fixed-term contract learnership and must complete all assessments and workplace readiness activities.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) with passes in:
- Technical Mathematics / Mathematics
- English / Business English
- Technical / Physical Science
- Code B (or higher) driver’s licence
- Ability to pass a stress and fear assessment (heights, confined spaces, fire exposure)
- Ability to pass a fire fighter fitness assessment
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the learnership programme
- Complete assessments successfully
- Engage in workplace readiness activities and exercises
