Ekurhuleni West TVET College (Germiston Campus) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Management Assistant Trainee (NCV) Engineering post. This is an 18-month temporary trainee opportunity aimed at providing practical administrative experience within the college environment.

Minimum Requirements

  • N6 Management Assistant Certificate

Duties

The trainee will assist with various administrative and office tasks, including:

  • Receiving and handling telephone calls
  • Rendering customer service
  • Processing information (memos, letters, emails, internet searches, minutes, etc.)
  • Filing documentation and records
  • Collecting and distributing post/faxes
  • Capturing data
  • Assisting with student registration
  • Capturing information on ITS
