Ekurhuleni West TVET College (Germiston Campus) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Management Assistant Trainee (NCV) Engineering post. This is an 18-month temporary trainee opportunity aimed at providing practical administrative experience within the college environment.

- N6 Management Assistant Certificate
Duties
The trainee will assist with various administrative and office tasks, including:
- Receiving and handling telephone calls
- Rendering customer service
- Processing information (memos, letters, emails, internet searches, minutes, etc.)
- Filing documentation and records
- Collecting and distributing post/faxes
- Capturing data
- Assisting with student registration
- Capturing information on ITS
