The Sasol Admin Learnership is a 12-month structured programme that combines:

- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
- A practical component where learners gain workplace experience, providing administrative support to enhance departmental effectiveness while preparing for future employment.
This learnership is designed to equip learners with foundational professional skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, and business principles, making it ideal for Grade 12 qualified individuals seeking workplace readiness.
Responsibilities
- Participate fully in the learnership programme and successfully complete all assessments.
- Engage in all workplace readiness activities and practical exercises.
- Provide administrative support to managers and departments.
Minimum Requirements
- A completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
