About the Bank Better Champion Learnership
The Bank Better Champion Learnership is designed to:
- Welcome and assist clients in branches.
- Coordinate branch flow by managing queues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Support clients with ATM usage and remote/self-service banking channels.
- Build the skills and knowledge required for service consulting.
This is part of Capitec’s National Talent Pipeline, which means successful candidates will be added to a pool of qualified learners ready to be placed when suitable opportunities arise in their respective provinces.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational (compulsory).
- Experience: No prior experience required, but client service exposure in retail, financial, or banking environments is advantageous.
- Knowledge:
- Basic calculations.
- Ability to engage with people effectively.
- Ambition and willingness to learn.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Fingerprints must be detectable/recognisable on Capitec’s electronic banking system.
