About the Growthpoint Graduate Programme
The Growthpoint Graduate Programme offers an immersive 11-month structured experience, giving graduates the opportunity to:

- Participate in role-specific learnerships
- Build a strong professional network

Key Responsibilities and Learning Areas

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- A completed qualification specialising in Human Resource Management, such as:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Human Resource Management
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Human Resource Management
- Strong academic performance (academic record must be attached)
- South African graduates with a passion for learning and growth
Competencies and Skills Required
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
