The University of South Africa (UNISA) invites applications from unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 12-month Internship Programme 2026. This programme is designed to provide practical workplace exposure to UNISA graduates who hold qualifications at NQF Level 6 and above and have no formal work experience in their field of study.

Who Should Apply?
Applications are open to the following categories:
- Unemployed South African citizens
- UNISA graduates only with completed qualifications (NQF Level 6 and above)
- Applicants with no formal work experience in the field of application
- Applicants not older than 35 years
- Applicants who were previously appointed at UNISA or any other organisation may not apply
- Applicants must apply per position (multiple applications must be submitted separately)
- The position reference number and UNISA student number must be correctly indicated
