About the FNB Graduate Programme
The FNB Graduate Programme places graduates into specific business units where they do real work from day one while participating in a formal development journey. Graduates work in teams across areas such as credit analytics, product development, technology and process optimisation, financial and risk analysis, fraud, brand, customer experience (UX), and financial management.
Graduates are employed in permanent roles, work full time, attend monthly training sessions, and complete an action learning project to accelerate professional growth.
