- Proof of residence in KwaBhaca (Mount Frere) or EmaXesibeni (Mount Ayliff)
- Official Ward Councillor letter confirming residence
- Certified copy of South African ID
- Proof of enrolment or acceptance letter for 2026
- Proof of financial need (disadvantaged background), such as:
- Proof of household income or
- Death certificate(s) and affidavit if parents are deceased
Failure to include any required document may result in disqualification.
