About FAIS Ombud
The FAIS Ombud was established in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act, 37 of 2002 (the FAIS Act). Its role is to resolve complaints in a fair, informal, economical, and expeditious manner, based on what is equitable in all circumstances.
The office is based in the east of Pretoria and operates as a statutory body within the financial services regulatory environment.

Minimum Requirements

- Willingness to learn and work extra hours when required
