Ekurhuleni West TVET College is inviting applications for the position of Employee Health and Wellness Intern at its Corporate Centre in Germiston.
This 24-month internship offers graduates in Psychology or Social Sciences the opportunity to gain practical experience in employee wellness within a public sector environment.

Stipend: R7 860.50 per month

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- BA in Psychology OR
- BA in Social Sciences
If you have previously completed an internship, you should not apply.
Post Description
The successful candidate will support the Employee Health and Wellness function within the college.
Key Duties
- Assist in coordinating health and wellness programmes
- Provide basic counselling and staff support under supervision
- Perform administrative duties related to wellness initiatives
- Assist with wellness assessments
- Support data collection and reporting
This role provides valuable exposure to employee assistance programmes (EAP), staff wellbeing initiatives, and HR wellness administration.

- A NEW Z83 form (effective 01 January 2021 – old versions will result in disqualification)
The Z83 must be accompanied by:
- Comprehensive CV
- At least three (3) contactable references with email addresses
- Original certificate copies of qualifications
- Original certified copy of ID (front and back if smart card)
- Certifications not older than six (6) months
