Key Purpose
To provide exceptional customer service during the onboarding of new investment applications while ensuring efficient and timeous execution according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
As a Servicing Administrator Intern, you will:
- Check that all required documents are received (application forms, valid bank statements, signed quotes).
- Ensure compliance checks are completed.
- Capture New Business (NB) applications.
- Issue NB quotes.
- Capture system issues on Quality Centre (e.g., rate matching to NB quote).
- Request outstanding information via phone or email.
- Follow up on outstanding requirements.
- Maintain SLAs within processing pools.
- Capture, Quality Assure and activate new investments.
- Issue relevant policy schedules.
- Assist with client queries.
- Amend and update QA error reports.
- Make recommendations for system improvements.
- Test system functionality after enhancements.
- Achieve a minimum monthly assessment target of 90%.
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant Degree qualification.
- Quality assurance skills in a LISP environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Knowledge of investment or financial products.
- Customer service orientation.

- Good time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and switch roles within the team.
