About the MiWay Client Services Internship 2026
MiWay, part of the Sanlam Group, is offering a 12-month Client Services Internship opportunity for young South Africans who want to gain workplace experience in customer service and administration.
This internship is based in the Client Services Department in Samrand, Kosmosdal, Midrand. Successful applicants will work under direct supervision and provide routine clerical and administrative support to functional teams. Tasks may include copying documents, distributing mail, maintaining records and files, and performing simple calculations according to standard procedures.
Internship Duration and Remuneration
The internship will run for 12 months.
Successful candidates will receive a stipend.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
- A 1-year certificate or Diploma up to NQF Level 6
- No experience required
- Computer literacy
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be unemployed
- Must have less than 6 months previous employment for consideration
- Must not have participated in an internship with INSETA before
- Must have completed a relevant qualification, whether a diploma or degree
